On the last day of 2018, UCAS' Time Messengers are going to ring the New Year's Bell. They were four outstanding students and an alumnus, each Time Messenger gets his or her own certificate, which writes "Thank you for being the Time Messenger and ringing the bell to usher us into a new year! Time never stops and we will meet on the road to pursue the truth".
