A signing ceremony for the UCAS College of Medicine, co-sponsored by UCAS and Zhejiang Tongce Group Ltd, was held in the UCAS International Conference Center on 26 May. Prof. Ding Zhongli, President of UCAS and Vice-President of CAS, and Lü Jianming, Board Chairman of Zhejiang Tongce Group Ltd, signed a cooperation agreement.
Prof. Ding introduced the background of the cooperation, cooperation areas, cooperation mode and personnel cultivation before he discussed the prospects of the partnership. He said that the UCAS College of Medicine will soon reach the leading level in science and education and rank among the top colleges of medicine globally as long as UCAS and the Zhejiang Tongce Group Ltd utilize their full strengths and potential.
Mr. Lü gave a brief introduction to the Zhejiang Tongce Group Ltd. He noted that the Zhejiang Tongce Group Ltd was looking forward to cooperating with UCAS to combine basic scientific research with clinical medicine in order to create value in healthcare.
Zhejiang Tongce Group Ltd, founded in 1995, is the only company listed on China's main board in China which develops healthcare investment and healthcare management.
