At 0:00, Jan. 1, 2019, four UCAS students and an alumnus ring the New Year's Bell in Bell Tower on UCAS' Yanqihu Campus (West Campus). Thousands of students get together to count down and listen to the bell, and the activity is also webcasted for UCASer all around the world.
